Session 10: Genome-based taxonomy, genome and gene catalogues

The last session of this series has two parts. The first deals with genome-wide taxonomy:

  * how to classify a MAG
  * genome-based phylogeny

The second looks at genome and gene catalogues: 
  * Working with genome/MAG collections
  * MAG collections’ sloppy sister: gene catalogues
