Welcome to the Metabarcoding Seminar !

This workshop was held online on June 2nd, 2022. There are two parts, the :ref:`first <metabc01>` giving a general introduction to metabarcoding, and the :ref:`second <metabc02>` discussing details of processing options for sequences from various targets using the `dadasnake <https://github.com/a-h-b/dadasnake>`_ pipeline as an example.
