Metabarcoding seminar - 2024

The first part of the seminar is a general introduction to metabarcoding, including:

  * Aims of metabarcoding
  * Overview of the method
  * From sample to sequencing data: what makes our data?
  * Persistent and surprising challenges

The second part of the seminar introduces the sequencing data processing in more detail. It explains how the steps are implemented in the `dadasnake <https://github.com/a-h-b/dadasnake>`_ pipeline, how it works, and how it can be run.
