She left IRLab to join the Eindhoven University of Technology as an assistant professor.\n<\/td><\/tr>\n 24.<\/td>\n\nRuqing Zhang worked on generative information retrieval and on robustness in the context of information retrieval. After her time at the IRLab she moved to the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
23.<\/td>\n\nDan Li worked on the use of noisy data for supervised information retrieval tasks. After IRLab, she moved to Elsevier, in Amsterdam.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

19.<\/td>\n\nXiaojuan Zhang worked on query suggestions and on mining user intent. She works at the Southwestern University Chongqing, China.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
18.<\/td>\n\nIlya Markov worked on heterogeneous search. He was originally funded by a grant from the Swiss National Science Foundation and then worked on the NWO-funded project MediaNow. After that, he became an assistant professor at the University of Amsterdam.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
17.<\/td>\n\nShangsong Liang worked on algorithms for diversity and structured learning. His next position was as a postdoc at University College London.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
