Reservation

If you want a room in one these hotels, please send a request for reservation by email to Lotty Gillieron (email: gillilot@science.uva.nl) with a cc to Evelien Wallet (email: ewallet@science.uva.nl) with the dates of your arrival and of your departure. If you have a preference for one of the hotels, please indicate this as well. We'll try to reckon with that, depending on the availability of course. Deadline for these reservations: May 10.

It has been arranged that all participants who have sent a request for reservation will be put in the hotel according to their preference. Final confirmations of the reservations with additional details will partly be mailed in the week starting with Monday May 21, partly one week later.
