VVS-SMS AiO lectures |
The SMS (Section Mathematical Statistics) of the VVS (Dutch Society for
Statistics and Operations Research) organises an afternoon with
lectures by AiO's (PhD students) who are (almost) in the final stage of
research for their thesis. The Section wishes to give young
researchers an opportunity to present their work in a friendly
setting, since it was strongly felt that a special platform for
them was lacking. The Section has the intention to turn this event
into a yearly tradition.
