Accommodation at the venue is limited. Therefore, reservations will be treated on a first-come-first-served basis with priority to full arrangements. For those participants that cannot be lodged at the venue, accommodation will be arranged in an alternative hotel nearby. Transportation from the hotel to the venue and vice versa will be taken care of by the organization. It is expected that this arrangement will become effective for registrations from 1 January 2023 on. Participants to whom this applies will be informed.

Registration will be valid only after full payment has been received.

Refunds can be given only for cancellations received before January 1, 2023.
