Winter School on Mathematical Finance - Travelling

By plane It is easiest to fly to Schiphol, Amsterdam airport, from which you proceed by train, see below.
By train For travelling within The Netherlands by train (for instance from Schiphol, the airport of Amsterdam) you may use the planner of the Dutch Railways, for travelling by train from abroad you'd better consult the Deutsche Bahn website, also available in other languages.
As an example, Schiphol - Lunteren, usually takes 1 hour and 21 minutes, two services per hour, change in Amsersfoort.
It takes about fifteen minutes to walk from the railway station in Lunteren to the conference center: leaving the station, turn right across the pebble-covered parking lot. Turn left into the forest (Boslaan). At the crossroads, turn right into Molenweg. The first turn left is Westhofflaan, see also the local map.
It is possible to take a taxi from the taxi stand at railway station Ede-Wageningen. To get a taxi in Lunteren, call +31 - (0)318-484555.
By car If you come by car, ANWB signs in Lunteren will guide you to the venue. To reach Lunteren, you follow either
  • From the A1 highway (Amsterdam-Apeldoorn) take the exit Barneveld/Ede (A30) following the direction Ede and turn off at Lunteren
  • From the A12 highway (Utrecht-Arnhem) take the exit Ede-Noord/Barneveld (A30)and turn off at Lunteren
  • From the A15 highway (Rotterdam-Nijmegen) take the exit Kesteren (N233) into the direction Rhenen/Veenendaal. Close to Rhenen you cross the bridge. Cross the first roundabout straight and at the next roundabout, you take a right turn and follow the road up to the A12 highway, which you then follow into the direction Arnhem. Turn off at the A30 into the direction Ede-Noord/Barneveld until the exit Lunteren.

See also the Michelin route planner; the address of the venue is Westhofflaan, number 2. You may also wish to use the location at Michelin maps or at Google maps.
