RoboCup Rescue
DescriptionRoboCupRescue project is an international cooperation to promote research and development in this socially significant domain. At this moment, the project has three branches: the Simulation League, the Robot League and the Virtual League. Integration of these activities in the future will create intelligent support systems for international rescue brigades. The University of Amsterdam has experience in both the Robot and Simulation League. In the Simulation League, the UvA has been active both in the Rescue Agents and the Virtual Robots competition:This is a description of the Joint Rescue Forces research portfolio: The latest contribution to the infrastructure of the Rescue Simulation league (Virtual competition) is a described in the 2022 RoboCup Symposium Research Showcase:
