Sensor Intelligence for Mobility Systems


The S4MS project is aiming at developing developing solutions for cooperative driving, and for dynamic traffic information and distributed traffic management, based on a common ICT and sensor network architecture.

Inside the project I am active in WP3. Inside WP3 the UvA will work on the definition of a distributed sensor system architecture which allows to dynamically provide the right information at the right time at the right place and at the right level to match the mobility architecture as closely as possible.

Most publications are only available on the protected workspace of the project, although a short summary (and case study) of the High Level Architecture of SI4MS can be found in the public Technical Report IAS-UVA-12-01, published at the end of the project.
