Fully funded PhD position on explainable de-biasing in learning from interaction data

Modern search, recommendation and conversational systems learn from interactions with their users. Interested in developing new algorithms for learning from interaction data? In making this type of learning explainable? In removing bias from interaction data? And in making the de-biasing process as transparent as possible?
